Scrooge's life is turned upside down when the Beagle Boys steel his second most valuable object, The Conquistador's Helmet, the possession of which gives its owner the rights to the hill on which Scrooge's money bin sits! Next, Gyro invents something that actually works! - in "The House on Cyclone Hill" by Carl Barks. Then, Scrooge's wins the battle with the ecologists when he cuts down the "Cornelius' Oak Tree" (by The Egmont Group), but ends up creating another problem for himself.
